The civil application is filed seeking amendment in the writ petition by way of insertion of certain paragraphs and the prayer clauses. The Applicant is also praying for adding respondent Nos. 7 to 10 as parties to the writ petition.

Heard the learned Advocates for the respective parties. Since the petition is at pre-admission stage, there would be no difficulty in allowing the application. Civil application stands allowed and disposed of as such. Amendment as is prayed for, to be carried out within a period of 2 weeks from today.

After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the newly added respondents, returnable on 05.02.2026. The learned Advocate Ms.Jadhav waives service of notice on behalf of the added respondents.
