This Court has already passed an order directing the applicant to deposit the amount as per the impugned judgment and award and granted ad-interim stay to the operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award on a condition to deposit the amount within twelve weeks. However, till today no such amount is deposited. The learned advocate for the applicant pray for some time to deposit the amount.
