1] The present Civil Application is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent no.3 by condoning delay of 245 days in filing the present civil application.
2] Notices are issued in the present Civil Application and the legal heirs of the deceased respondent no.3 are served but none has entered appearance. 3] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants were not aware about the death of respondent no.3, as such, delay of 245 days is caused in
7146.25CA filing the present civil application and the same is not intentional and deliberate act on the part of the applicants. 4] For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay of 245 days is condoned. The applicants are permitted to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent no.3. Amendment to be carried out within three weeks. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
