It is submitted that for the reasons stated in the application, applicant seeks to condone delay of 2625 days caused in preferring the first appeal. It is informed that appeal is squarely covered by the judgments of this Court. Applicant is ready to give up interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period.

For the reasons mentioned in the civil application, the civil application is allowed. The delay stands condoned subject to
