Applicant seeks to condone delay of 193 days caused in filing the first appeal. It is informed that the respondent No. 2 - acquiring body has also preferred appeal challenging self same judgment and award.

There is no reason to doubt the bonafides of the applicant. For the reasons stated in the application the delay stands condoned on condition that the applicant shall not be entitled to claim interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period.
