This is an application for condonation of delay of 450 days caused in filing the present application for restoration setting aside the abatement of First Appeal.

Perused the application. Heard learned Advocate for the applicants.

Learned Advocate for the applicants submits that he will remove all the office objections within a week and prayed to allow the application.

Considering the days of delay and reasons stated in the application as well as the submission of learned Advocate for the applicants, the application deserves to be allowed on certain condition. Hence, the following order:

Civil Application is allowed on a condition of removal of all the office objections within a week. b.

If al the office objections are not removed within the prescribed period, the application shall be rejected without further reference to this Court. c.

Delay of 450 days caused in filing the present application is condoned.

d.

Abatement is set aside.

e.

Civil Application is disposed of.
