Heard Mr. Totala, learned Advocate appearing for applicant and Mr. A. M. Gaikwad, learned Advocate appearing for respondent No.1.

The present application is moved under apprehension that respondent is likely to disconnect electricity connection bearing Consumer No.490010135041 on account of Provisional bill for tariff difference.

Mr. A. M. Gaikwad, learned Advocate appearing for respondent No.1, on instructions, submits that electricity supply is restored in favour of applicant and respondent is not willing to disconnect the same. However, he points out that there are outstanding current dues of Rs.1,30,000/- (Rs. One Lakh Thirty Thousand Only) towards electricity charges and Rs.1,70,000/- (Rs. One Lakh Seventy Thousand Only) towards security deposit.

Mr. Totala, learned Advocate appearing for applicant disputes any dues as regards to security deposit. According to him, security deposit was already adjusted in initially disputed amount of Rs.6,94,910/-(Rs. Six Lakh Ninety Four Thousand Nine Hundred and Ten Only). 6.

In this background, issue notice to respondents, returnable on 21.08.2025. Mr. A. M. Gaikwad waives notice for respondent No.1. 7.

Till returnable date, no coercive action shall be taken against applicant, subject to condition that applicant deposits current bill of Rs.1,30,610/- (Rs. One Lac Thirty Thousand Six Hundred and Ten Only) within a period of three (03) days from today. [ S. G. CHAPALGAONKAR, J. ] HRJadhav
