The applicant/respondent No.1 has circulated this application/matter for continuation of the order dated 31-07-2025, passed in C.A. No.8020/25, as the matter could not be listed for hearing on 04.11.2025; as such, interim relief could not be continued on that date. Upon perusal of the record, I found substance in his contentions in that regard. It reveals that, after hearing both parties, interim relief was granted in favour of the applicant, i.e., the original respondent No. 1, by order dated 31.07.2025, and the same was continued until 04-11-2025.

Having considered the same, the interim relief dated 31.07.2025 is continued till the next date.
