Learned counsel for the applicant has produced a copy of the order dated 11th February 2003, passed in Case No. 24 of 2001 by the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission. The same is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the respondent/original petitioner submitted that the said order was passed under the Act of 1910, and the provisions of the Act of 2003 have not been considered. Therefore, he seeks a time of one week to point out how the said order is distinguished from the case at hand. 3.
