Mr. B. N. Patil, learned Counsel for the applicant would submit that during the pendency of the petition the respondent no.5 is died. Mr. B. N. Patil, learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the present application is filed to bring the legal representatives of the deceased respondent no.5 on record in the Writ Petition.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application stands allowed. The delay of 681 days caused in filing the present Civil Application stands condoned. The petitioner to amend the title clause of the Writ Petition by incorporating the names of respondent nos.5-A to 5-C as legal representatives of the deceased respondent no.5. Abatement, if any, is quashed and set aside. Amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.
