Mr. K. J. Suryawanshi, learned Counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that the parties have already entered into settlement and accordingly respondent/original disputant has filed a pursis before the learned Judge of the Co-operative Court, Ahilyanagar in Suit No.52 of 2024 thereby withdrawing the Civil Suit. The said pursis is also signed by the present petitioner.

In view of this, the present proceeding has lost its significance. The Writ petition has therefore become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. 3.

Interim protection granted by this Court shall continue to operate untill the learned Judge of the Co-operative Court, Ahilyanagar passes orders on the pursis submitted by the respondent.
