This motion is for "speaking to the minutes" of the order dated 05.05.2026.

It is brought to my notice that in FAST. Nos.12707 of 2025 and 4808 of 2025 there were prayers for bringing legal heirs of deceased claimants on record which are escaped from the consideration.

Learned counsels appearing for the acquiring body concedes that prayers were made and this Court permitted the claimants to substitute the deceased claimants by the heirs. 4.
It is apparent that the permission to bring legal heirs on record has not been incorporated in order. Hence, after paragraph No.3, following para be added as "3-A". "3-A. In FAST. NO.12707 of 2025, claimant No.3 Prakash Patil is no more and he is survived by his heirs. The cause of action survives as against them and they are necessary parties. The abatement if any shall stand set aside. Leave is granted to substitute the heirs. In FAST. No.4808 of 2025, claimant Dashrath Paradhi is survived by heirs. The abatement shall stand set aside and heirs are permitted to be brought on record."
