By this application, Applicant Nos.1 to 3 seek permission to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited.

Mr. Kulkarni, learned Advocate for the Applicants, states that this Court, by its order dated 16.11.2022, permitted Applicant Nos.1 and 2 to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited. He submits that when the earlier application was filed, Applicant No.3 was a minor; however, Applicant No.3 has now attained majority. Therefore, he submits that the present application deserves to be allowed. 3.

Mr. Dhongade, learned Advocate for the Respondent, submits that in view of the earlier order, an appropriate order may be passed. 4.

In view thereof, the application is allowed.
