It is brought to my notice that in all there are three claimants who are entitled to receive the amount in equal proportionate. 3.

In view of above undisputed fact the words 'entire amount deposited' appearing in paragraph no. 2 shall be substituted by '1/3rd share each from the deposited amount'.
