The present civil application is moved under Section 15 read with Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for substitution of arbitrator as the Arbitrator appointed has now joined as Member of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal and he has communicated to this court, so also, to the parties that he would not be able to proceed with the arbitration. The parties submits that the record is already deposited in the Registry of this court.

In view of the above, Mr. Sunil P. Deshmukh (Retired Judge) to be substituted as Arbitrator. The substituted Arbitrator to proceed from the stage the earlier Arbitrator left the matter. 4.
