Heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties. 2.

By way of this Civil Application, the Applicants seek permission to withdraw an amount of Rs.30,52,119/- along with interest accrued thereon, deposited by Non-applicant No.3 before this Court. 3.

The Applicants are the Original Claimants. Considering the averments made in the Application, the same is partly allowed. The Applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount, subject to filing an undertaking that in case Appeal goes against them, they will refund the amount.
