Learned Advocate Mr. Shaikh Kayyum Najir submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 & 2. CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 9350 OF 2025 IN FA/2218/2025 1.

Learned advocate for the applicant pointed out the order dated 02.09.2025, by which the appellant was directed to deposit the amount under the award within ten weeks. He

(( 2 )) 907 FA NO. 2218 OF 2025 submitted that due to the concerned Manager having left his job, the appellant could not deposit the amount as per the award. He therefore seeks four weeks' further time to deposit the amount as per the award.

In view of the above submissions, a further period of four weeks time is granted to deposit the amount, as a last chance. 3.

Interim relief, if any, to continue till then. List the matters on 23.12.2025.
