Learned AGP is producing the communication received by him issued by the Education Officer, Secondary, Zilla Parishad, Latur, which is taken on record by marking as Exhibit "X". It appears that there is certain problem as regards the salary bills or the bills those were submitted in January 2025 and February
wp-9385.25 2025, which require approval of the Deputy Director. Certainly, it is stated that it will take time. But then the statement is made that if the headmaster forwards the salary bills for the period March 2025 to October 2025, then those will be cleared immediately. Learned Advocate for the petitioners is also pointing out Exhibit-G issued by the Deputy Director, Latur Division, Latur wherein specific directions have been given that the salary of the teachers from Sahityaratna Annabhau Sathe Vidyalaya, Latur should be cleared.

Learned Advocate appearing for respondent Nos.4 and 5, upon instructions from respondent No.5 makes a statement that he would submit the bills within two days to respondent No.3. We take the said statement as undertaking. After the bills are submitted, respondent No.3 to check it and clear the same within a period of seven days.

For rest of the aspects involved, place the matter for further consideration on 19th November 2025.
