The matter be placed after service is complete. In the meanwhile, the applicants/appellants shall take recourse to Chapter II of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960, corresponding to the requirement in the matter.

The applicants seeks stay to the impugned judgment and order dated 27.01.2025, passed by learned Commissioner, Employees

27-ca9577.2025 Compensation Act-cum-Civil Judge, Senior Division, Beed in W.C.A. No.36 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that as per the statutory mandate, the entire payable award has been deposited in the Registry of learned Commissioner, Employees Compensation Act-cum-Civil Judge, Senior Division, Beed, pursuant to the judgment and award dated 27.01.2025, passed in WCA No.36/2022. 5.

In view of the above, learned Commissioner, Employees Compensation Act-cum-Civil Judge, Senior Division, Beed is directed not to disburse the deposited amount in the absence of any order passed by this Court.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after six weeks.
