By the present application, the appellant / employer seeks condonation of delay of 123 days caused while lodging the appeal against the judgment and award dated 27.01.2025, passed by the learned Commissioner under the Employees' Compensation Act.

The present application is strongly opposed by the non-applicants - employees. However, on perusal of the application, it appears that the applicant / employer has explained
