Mr. S. V. Hange, learned AGP would submit that although the office remark is shown that the notices to the respondent nos.1 to 3 are not served till today, he has waived service of notices for respondent nos.1 to 3, and respondent no.3 has also filed his reply affidavit in this Court. The record also reveals that the respondent no.1 namely Kailas Mogal Ahire has also tendered his reply affidavit.

In furtherance of the orders passed by this Court earlier, today Mr. S. V. Hange, learned AGP would invite my attention to reply affidavit filed by Rishikesh Ranjan, who happens to be

Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, Maharashtra State. Mr. S. V. Hange, learned AGP would take me to page 60 of the compilation i.e. page no.8 of the reply affidavit, wherein it is stated that "Therefore to follow the order of this Hon'ble Court the proposal to accord Government sanction for Rs.15,70,658/- is submitted to Government vide letter dated 17/06/2025 as this respondent is having highest regard for the judiciary and orders passed from time to time by this Hon'ble High Court"

Mr. S. V. Hange, learned AGP would submit that his reply affidavit would clearly indicate that the authority thus want to obey the orders passed by this Court and would definitely see that there is compliance of the order passed by this Court. Mr. Hange, learned AGP would further submit that since after making such proposal to the government as on today he has no update information about any action pursuant to the letter referred in the reply affidavit. Mr. Hange, learned AGP would submit that considering the Diwali Vacations, within four weeks from today the concerned authority shall procure sanction for an amount of Rs.15,70,658/- to be paid to the petitioners.

On instructions, learned AGPs Mr. Hange as also Mr. S. S. Dande make statement that the concerned authority shall not fail to produce such sanction before this Court. It is further clarified that once sanction is received, soon the amount would be credited to the petitioners.

The assurance tendered on behalf of the respondents is taken on record.
