This is an application for condonation of delay of 2362 days caused in filing the First Appeal against the judgment and award dated 12.09.2018, passed by the learned 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Osmanabad in L.A.R. No.524 of 2016. The appeal is preferred by the claimants for enhancement of compensation. Since the appeal has been filed beyond the period of limitation, the present Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay. 2.
