The civil application No. 9779 of 2025 is filed for condonation of delay of 97 days caused in filing the first appeal. 2.

Perused the application and heard learned advocates for both sides. Learned advocate for respondent strongly opposed the application. Considering the reasons stated in the application, it appears that the delay caused is not deliberate. Therefore, the application is allowed. The delay caused in filing the appeal is condoned in the interest of justice.

In so far as civil application No. 9780 of 2025 is concerned,

ca9779.25- -2the same is filed seeking stay to the impugned judgment and award passed by the Tribunal.

Perused the application. Heard learned advocates for both sides. Learned advocate for the applicant submitted that entire amount under the impugned judgment and award has been deposited. In view of above, civil application No. 9780 of 2025 is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C" and disposed of. 5.

In first appeal, call for record and proceedings. Stand over to 11.06.2026.
