This is an application filed in writ petition contending that the applicant has already been admitted to LLB Course by Swatantraya Senani Ramrao Awargaonkar Law College, Taluka and District Beed. The apprehension is that the applicant have received a communication dated 11.09.2025 by which the applicant has been directed to produce the caste validity certificate by 13.09.2025, failing which the admission of the applicant to the said course will be cancelled.

Presently, we are not going into the merits of the matter. This is only an interim arrangement that till this Court decides the

Stand over to 19.09.2025 in students category. 4.
