The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent Insurance Company raised a grievance that he has not been served with a copy of the Civil Application No. 11811 of 2024 seeking withdrawal of compensation amount.

The learned Counsel appearing for the applicant undertakes to supply a copy of the Civil Application to the learned counsel for respondent No. 1 during the course of day.

Stand over to 23.01.2026.

927ca11811.25 ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 10137 OF 2025 FAST/27711/2025:- 1.

By the present application, the applicant Insurance Company prays for condonation of delay of 34 days caused while lodging the appeal against the judgment and award dated 06.05.2025, passed by the learned Commissioner /Labour Court No. 1, Aurangabad, under the Employees Compensation Act.

The learned Counsel appearing for the non applicant/Original Applicant has raised no objection. 3.

Therefore, delay of 34 days, which appears bonafide and substantial, is hereby condoned.

Accordingly, the Civil Application No. 10137 of 2025 is hereby allowed.

The office is directed to register the First Appeals (Stamp) No. 27711 of 2025 and place before this Court on 23.01.2026 along with the Civil Application No. 11811 of 2025 as well as C.A. No. 10138 of 2025. ( Y.G. KHOBRAGADE, J.) mahajansb/
