This Civil Application is filed seeking stay to the execution and operation of the judgment and award impugned in the First Appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application, execution and operation of the judgment and award dated 08.05.2025, passed by the learned District Judge-1, and Member Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Nanded, in M.A.C.P. No.239/2023 is stayed for a further period of eight weeks subject to deposit of entire award amount together with interest accrued thereon in this Court within eight weeks from today. If amount is not deposited within given time, stay granted stands automatically vacated.
