After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we find that, in order to decide the civil application, we may have to make observations on the issues that arise on the merits in the writ petition itself.
2.
Learned counsel for the Applicant / Petitioner is pressing for urgent orders in the civil application. 3.
It is to be noted that the Respondent State has still not filed an affidavit-in-reply in the Writ Petition, despite the observations made by this Court in the order dated 11.07.2025.
(( 2 )) 929-CA-10220-2025 4.
The learned AGP seeks a short adjournment to file reply affidavits in the Civil Application as well as the Writ Petition, which would throw some light on the policy of the Respondent State in dealing with such cases where the claim of the employee of belonging to Scheduled Tribe, is invalidated and a question arises with regard to entitlement towards terminal benefits.
5.
Reply affidavit be filed on or before 13.10.2025. 6.
