By this Civil Application, the original petitioner is seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by Respondent Nos.2 and 3 pursuant to order dated 11.07.2025 passed by this Court. We have heard the learned Counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3 as well as learned AGP. 2.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause- B and the applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount as directed to be deposited by this Court along with interest accrued thereon.

We make it clear that the withdrawal of the amount will be subject to final outcome of the Writ Petition. 4.

Civil Application disposed of accordingly.
