This is an application for condonation of delay of 479 days caused in filing the first appeal.

Respondents though served, none appears for them. For the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned. The application stands allowed in the interest of justice. Appeal be registered.

This is an application seeking stay to the execution of the

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the 50% amount as per the order dated 02.02.2026, has been deposited in this Court.

In view of the above, there shall be stay to the impugned judgment and award till the pendency of the appeal. Appeal :
