In Civil Application No.10561 of 2025, Mr. Chavan, learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks leave to delete the name of Respondent No.6A. Leave is granted.

Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

By these applications, the Applicants are seeking condonation of delay in bringing legal heirs of Respondent No.6 on record. I have gone through the contents and the grounds raised in the applications and after going through the same, I find that the Applicants have made out the case to allow the applications.

In view of that, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B).
