As per office note, the notice to the respondent nos.1 & 2 are returned unserved, as they were not found at their given address. 2.
The learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks leave to serve the respondents/non-applicant nos.1 and 2 by regular mode as well as by registered speed post.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant shall tender the postal charges along with envelope with the registry of this Court. 4.
On depositing of postal charges and envelope by the learned

The learned counsel appearing for the applicants pray for extension of earlier interim relief.

Needless to say that on 08.10.2025, this Court passed the order in Civil Application No.10766 of 2025 in First Appeal (Stamp) No. 25156 of 2025 and thereafter issued notice and granted interim relief in terms of prayer Clause (B). However, the present applicant has failed to serve the non-applicants since then. Therefore, it is necessary to extend the said interim relief on a condition that, if the applicant fails to serve the non-applicant nos.1 & 2, within the stipulated period, the interim relief granted by this Court shall be vacated automatically without reference to the Court.
