Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Despite service, non applicant nos. 1 to 6 failed to appear in the matter. 2.

By the present applicant, the applicants, who are non applicant nos. 5 and 6 in Application (WC) No 92 of 2015, prayed for condonation of delay of 569 days caused while lodging appeal against the judgment and award dated 22.11.2023, passed by the learned Commissioner under the Employees Compensation Act. 3.

Considering the reasons set out in paragraph no. 4 of the present application, the delay of 569 days is hereby condoned subject to payment of cost of Rs.5000/-to be deposited with the Library Account of Advocate's Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad within two weeks.
