The present Civil Applications are filed for deletion of the names of the petitioners mentioned in paragraph No.2 of the respective applications from the array of parties in Writ Petition No.9080 of 2025, Writ Petition No.9922 of 2025 as well as Civil Application No.8942 of 2025 and Civil Application No.9315 of 2025.

Learned advocate for the applicants, taking us through Exhibit C-1 of the respective applications, submits that written instructions have been given by the concerned petitioners seeking deletion of their names. Upon perusal of the same, it appears that the petitioners mentioned in paragraph No.2 of the respective applications intend to delete their names from the array of parties in Writ Petition No.9080 of 2025, Writ Petition No.9922 of 2025 as well as Civil Application No.8942 of 2025 and Civil Application No.9315 of 2025.

For the reasons stated in the applications and in view of Exhibit C-1 of the respective applications, the Civil Applications are allowed. The learned advocate for the applicants is permitted to delete the names of the petitioners mentioned in paragraph No.2 of the respective applications from the array of parties. Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
