Learned Advocate for the applicant submitted that applicant was unable to pay Court fees and also Advocate's fees. Therefore, he could not file the appeal within limitation. He therefore prayed to allow the application.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the same deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. Hence, the following order:
