Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the non-applicant nos.1 to 5. Despite service none appeared for the non-applicant no.6/insurance company. 2.

By the present application, the applicant/establishment seeks condonation of delay of 24 days caused while lodging the appeal against the judgment and award dated 07.07.2025 passed by the learned Commissioner under the Employees Compensation Act in WCA (C) No.11/2023. The learned counsel appearing for the non-applicant nos.1 to 5 have not seriously resisted the prayer for condonation of delay. Therefore, considering the explanation given by the applicant/establishment in para nos.3 and 4, the civil application is allowed. The delay of 24 days is hereby condoned.
