Heard learned advocate for the applicant.

2. Issue notice to respondents, returnable on 04.12.2025.

3. Since the applicant has deposited the amount with the office of learned Commissioner under Workmen's Compensation Act, there shall be stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award till the next date."

Since a stay has already been granted on the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 07.07.2025 passed in Application WCA(C) No. 11 of 2023 by the

925ca11179-25 learned Commissioner for Employees' Compensation and 2nd Labour Court, Aurangabad, and as the applicant-employer has deposited the entire amount awarded under the said judgment and award, the present application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and is accordingly disposed of.
