Learned Advocate for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy by filing a civil suit before the competent Court.

In view thereof, the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty as prayed for. Hence, petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that this Court had granted interim relief by order dated 20.08.2018, which has been continued from time to time. Considering that the said interim relief has been in operation since the year 2018, the same is continued for a period of eight weeks from today.

In view of disposal of writ petition, civil applications do not survive and they are also disposed of.
