Applicant seeks condonation of delay of 5160 days caused in preferring first appeal. It is submitted that for the reasons stated in the application delay deserves to be condoned. It is further submitted that applicant is ready to give up interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period.

There is no reason to doubt the bonafides on the part of the applicant. The contents of the application have not been controverted by the respondents. The delay stands condoned on condition that the applicant shall not be entitled to claim interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period. Office shall register the first appeal. The civil application is disposed of.
