1] The Writ Petitions are filed, challenging the impugned orders dated 25.01.2025 and 30.01.2025 passed by the Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Aurangabad in

9064.25CA+ Reference No.179/2017. In the pending Writ Petitions, R. & P. is called by this Court and the applicants have filed Civil Applications for withdrawal of the amount in this Court.

2] The applicants are relegated back to the Reference Court to file appropriate applications for withdrawal of the amount. The R. & P. be sent back to the Reference Court.

3] If application for withdrawal of the amount is filed by the applicants, the concerned Court would decide the same in accordance with law.

4] With the above observations, the Civil Applications for withdrawal of the amount stands disposed of. All contentions of the parties are left open. 5] List Writ Petition Nos.2860/2025, 5146/2025, 2857/2025 and 2862/2025 on 12.01.2026.
