It seems that by order dated 13th October, 2025, this Court has granted an interim stay to the disbursement of the amount. However, considering the submission of learned counsel for the Applicant as well as the fact that the Appeal is admitted as the Appellant has raised substantial questions of law, I deem it appropriate to allow the Application. It would not cause prejudice to the Respondents.
