By way of this application, the applicants seek permission to set aside the order dated 20.06.2025 and restoration of Writ Petition No.6982 of 2019 along with Civil Application No.9063 of 2024. 2.

Considering the averments made in the application, the same is allowed subject to costs of Rs.25,000/- (rupees Twenty Five Thousands only) to be paid to Cancer Hospital, Aurangabad, and is disposed of accordingly.
