The learned counsel for the respondent fairly submits that the issue involved in this first appeal is already covered by the judgment delivered by this Court. He therefore submits that similar order can be passed in this appeal also. The learned counsel for the appellant states that recently he has received instructions to appear in the matter. He therefore prays for time of two weeks to file Vakalatnama and take appropriate instructions. 2.

Stand over to 27th January 2026, at the request of learned counsel for the appellant. In the meanwhile, the learned counsel for the respondent is directed to hand over the judgment on which he is relying upon.
