Mr. Vivek Patil h/f Mr. A. M. Salok, learned Counsel for the applicant submits that for want of removal of the objections within the time, registration of Writ Petition came to be refused by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. He submits that the application is filed for setting aside the de-registration of the Writ Petition, for permission to remove the office objection as also for condonation of delay of 362 days occurred in filing the present application. 2.

Mr. Salok submits that the applicant undertakes to remove all the office objections within a period of four weeks from today.

The statement is accepted as undertaking. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Delay of 362 days caused in filing the present application is hereby condoned.

Order passed by learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court refusing registration of the Writ Petition St. No.6075 of 2024 is set aside.

Writ Petition stands restored to its original position. The applicant shall remove all the office objections within four weeks from today.

Failure on the part of applicant to remove all the office objections within the stipulated period shall nullify the effect of this order.

7.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
