By this application, the Applicants seek permission to bring the legal heirs of the Petitioner on record, for setting aside the abatement, and for condonation of delay in filing the application for setting aside the abatement.

Considering the averments made in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A), (B), (C), (D), (E), and (F).

Mr. Bagal, learned Advocate for the Petitioners, submits that Tauseef

2 of 2 152A-CA.11906.2025.odt an affidavit on behalf of the Petitioners (through legal heirs) has been filed, which is duly verified and identified by the learned Advocate for Petitioner Nos.1C to 1G.

As regards Non-Applicant No.24, the affidavit has been duly verified before the Registrar (Judicial), and the report has been submitted.

In view of the affidavit filed on behalf of the Petitioners, both the learned Advocates submit that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and that they do not wish to prosecute the petition any further.

Both the learned Advocates submit that the parties are present before the Court and have been duly identified by their respective Advocates. The affidavit filed by the Petitioners is taken on record.
