These are the applications for condonation of delay of 123 days caused in filing the first appeals.

Perused the applications. For the reasons stated therein, the applications deserve to be allowed in the interest of justice as the delay is neither deliberate nor intentional. Hence, the following order:

::ORDER::

a.

Civil Applications are allowed.

b.

The delay of 123 days caused in filing the first appeals is hereby condoned.

c.

The applications are disposed of.

FIRST APPEALS (ST) No.31488 OF 2025 FIRST APPEALS (ST) No.31491 OF 2025 1.

Learned advocate for the appellants submits that these first appeals are disposed of in view of the compromise took place between the parties before the National Lok Adalat At District Court, Aurangabad dated 13.12.2025 and 22.12.2025 respectively. 2.

The compromise pursis tendered across the Bar by the learned advocate for the appellants are taken on record and marked

In view of the above, the first appeals are disposed of. 4.

In view of the disposal of the first appeals, nothing further survives for consideration in the civil applications for stay. Therefore, they are disposed of accordingly.
