We had directed the learned AGP to take instructions from the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Parbhani in respect of the letter dated 04.09.2025. Upon telephonic instructions from the concerned officer, he makes a statement that within two days the said order i.e. 04.09.2025 would be withdrawn and appropriate action would be taken.

The said statement is taken as an undertaking. Upon withdrawal of the said order dated 04.09.2025, the salary of the Headmaster of Dr. Zakir Hussain High School, Parhbani be released. 4.

In view of the above, the civil application stands disposed of.

As regards the main petition is concerned, learned advocate Mr. S.R. Sapkal appearing for respondents No.3 and 4 seeks accommodation to file affidavit-in-reply. Affidavit-in-reply to be filed within a period of two weeks from today. He also submits that respondents No.3 and 4 have filed Writ Petition No.15231 of 2025, and therefore, tag the said writ petition with the present petition.
