Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 02.03.2026. 2.

It is submitted that the enhancement by the Reference Court is exorbitant from the rate of Rs. 2035/-per Are to Rs.41800/- per Are. I propose to impose condition of depositing 70% of the amount with accrued interest. There shall be ad interim stay to the operation and implementation of the impugned judgment and award on condition that the applicant shall deposit 70% of the amount with accrued interest in this Court within fifteen weeks from today.
