This is an application for direction to the acquiring body to deposit remaining 50% decretal amount of compensation along with the accrued interest before this Court.

Learned counsel for the claimant has brought to my notice the order passed in Civil Application No. 11064/2019 in First Appeal No. 26517/2018, wherein the Court has directed to deposit entire decretal amount.

Since the land of the claimant is acquired by the respondent and the compensation is determined by the reference Court, I do not find

2 922.odt any hurdle in allowing the present application and accordingly, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. The acquiring body shall deposit 50% remaining decretal amount of compensation along with the accrued interest within a period of 12 weeks from today. 4.

Civil Application is disposed of.
