Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants, the learned AGP for the non-applicant no.1 and the learned counsel appearing for the non-applicant nos.2 to 9.

By the present application, the applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 46 days caused while lodging the appeal against the judgment and order dated 24.06.2025 passed in Application No.21/2018 by the learned Jt. Charity Commissioner-2, Pune Region, Pune.

After considering the arguments of both the sides, it prima facie appears that delay of 46 days caused in filing the appeal is bona fide and the same is sufficiently explained by the applicants. Therefore, the delay needs to be condoned. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The delay of 46 days caused while lodging the appeal is hereby condoned. 4.
