Mr. V. S. Bedre, learned counsel for the applicant / petitioner submits that the present application is filed seeking restoration of interim relief and that the applicant / petitioner would deposit the amount.

Considering that the earlier orders are not complied with, the applicant / petitioner to deposit 50% of the outstanding amount as of today in this court within a period of two (02) weeks from today.

Prayer for restoration of the interim relief will be considered after deposit of the amount.

It is clarified that, we have not restored the interim relief as of today.
